YourRole
We are looking for a Junior System Engineer (L1/L2) to support daily IT operations and provide technical assistance to employees. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their IT career who wants hands‑on experience with end‑user support, workplace technology, and basic system administration in a corporate environment.
YourKeyResponsibilities
Provide first-line and basic second-line IT support primary via ticketing system or phone, email, Teams, and in person
Troubleshoot issues related to Windows 11, Microsoft 365, user accounts, and standard business applications
Support onboarding and offboarding processes (user access, equipment setup, account configuration)
Assist with workstation and device management using endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune)
Support hardware setup and maintenance (laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals)
Handle basic user access administration (Active Directory / Entra or similar)
Troubleshoot connectivity issues (Wi‑Fi, LAN, VPN)
Employee training (Phishing simulations & quarterly trainings)
Perform routine IT operational checks (devices, security status, backups, IT assets)
Maintain documentation and update the knowledge base
IT Facility management (coordinating hardware maintenance, setting up workplaces, visual controls)
Cooperate with senior engineers and L2/L3 teams on escalated issues
Yourskillsandexperience
Initial experience or strong interest in IT support (L1 or junior L2 level)
Good knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Willingness to work hands‑on with hardware and peripherals
Basic experience with ticketing systems is an advantage
Basic knowledge of PowerShell or Linux is a plus
Good communication skills, customer‑focused mindset, and attention to detail
English language proficiency
Motivation to learn and grow in areas such as systems, hardware, and IT infrastructure
