Your Role After a structured onboarding at our modern campus in Rothenburg, you'll take on diverse and engaging tasks, working both on-site with clients and remotely: Maintain system platforms for clients across German-speaking Switzerland. Configure and manage networks, servers, and clients. Set up and support Microsoft products. Respond to alerts and events from platform monitoring tools. Handle system-related service calls. Maintain thorough documentation of system environments. Take ownership of customer relationships and/or specialized technical topics.
