Become part of a group that enables its customers to meet some of the greatest challenges in patient treatment and join us by applying for the Technology Transfer Lead position. /ppbWhat you will get: /b /plipAn agile career and a dynamic work culture /p /lilipAn inclusive and ethical workplace /p /lilipCompensation programs that recognize high performance /p /lipbWhat you will do: /b /ppEnsure all activities are performed according to current quality, regulatory and health and safety standards. /plipYou lead technical transfer activities for sterile GMP drug product manufacturing projects /p /lilipYou manage drug product transfers from clinical development through first commercial launch /p /lilipYou define project scope, timelines, risks, and milestones, and track progress effectively /p /lilipYou lead process setup, scale-up, and implementation at GMP manufacturing sites /p /lilipYou prepare and maintain technical transfer and process implementation documentation /p /lilipYou drive GMP change management and handle deviations and CAPAs when required. /p /lilipYou support regulatory documentation, inspections, audits, and customer interactions. /p /lipbWhat we are looking for: /b /plipPh.D. or Master in pharmaceutical sciences, pharmaceutical engineering, chemistry, biochemistry, or related fields or similar qualification /p /lilipSignificant experience in biotech / pharma industry /p /lilipKnowledge of technical issues and requirements for drug product technical transfers. /p /lilipKnow-how in aseptic product manufacture for protein drug products including lyophilization process highly desirable including knowledge on ADCs/highly potent drug product manufacturing. /p /lilipGood leadership and interpersonal skills; proven ability as team player and ability to manage cross-functional teams. /p /lilipVery good planning and organizing skills, including project management and risk management skills /p /lilipExcellent communication skills and command of English both written and oral /p /lipbAbout Lonza /b /ppAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
