The role supports senior leadership in particular the CEO in strengthening the Group’s visibility and reputation in Switzerland and internationally, while fostering engagement and alignment internally across regions and business areas. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 h3Media Relations /h3 ul liDevelop and implement proactive media engagement strategies aligned with corporate priorities and strategic milestones. /li liManage relationships with key Swiss and international journalists across business, financial and trade media. /li liSupport and coordinate CEO and senior leadership visibility in Swiss and international media, including interviews, opinion pieces and public appearances. /li liPrepare media briefings, key messages, QA documents and interview preparation materials. /li liCoordinate media activities around results announcements, strategic developments, acquisitions and corporate initiatives. /li liKeep the company’s intranet up to date both in terms of content and navigation. /li liMonitor media coverage and provide analysis, insights and recommendations. /li /ul h3Internal Communications /h3 ul liDevelop and execute internal communication plans supporting strategic initiatives, organisational changes and leadership messaging. /li liDraft internal announcements, leadership communications and employee updates. /li liEnsure consistent messaging across headquarters, regions and business areas. /li liSupport and coordinate CEO and senior leadership visibility within the company. /li liSupport employee engagement initiatives and internal campaigns. /li liEngage and foster the community of communications professionals based in the regions. /li liOrganise the Senior Leaders quarterly calls. /li liKeep the company’s intranet up to date both in terms of content and navigation. /li liAdvise senior leadership on communication approach, tone and timing in a multicultural environment. /li /ul h3Content and Messaging /h3 ul liTranslate complex business, financial and technical topics into clear and compelling communication for internal and external audiences. /li liEnsure alignment between internal and external narratives, particularly around strategy and sustainability. /li liMaintain editorial standards and consistency across communication channels. /li /ul h3Issues and Reputation Management /h3 ul liSupport the management of sensitive issues and reputational matters in coordination with Corporate Communications and Legal. /li liPrepare holding statements and internal guidance when required. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Communications, Journalism, Business or related field. /li li7–12+ years’ experience in corporate communications, including significant experience in internal communications. /li liStrong experience in media relations, ideally within the Swiss media landscape. /li liExperience supporting senior executives or CEO visibility in a listed company environment. /li liNative German speaker with full professional fluency in English (written and spoken). /li liStrong writing and editorial skills. /li liExcellent judgement and ability to operate in high-visibility situations. /li liExperience in international or listed company environment strongly preferred. /li liStrong understanding of the Swiss media and corporate environment. /li liAbility to balance transparency, precision and reputational considerations. /li liCredibility with senior stakeholders and executives. /li liCalm, structured and solution-oriented approach under pressure. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
