InsightCore Analytics is seeking a motivated Junior Data Analyst to join our growing analytics team. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are passionate about data analysis, reporting, and supporting business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources. 📊
* Perform basic data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
* Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and visualizations for internal stakeholders.
* Support departments in tracking KPIs and business performance metrics.
* Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and documentation for accuracy.
* Collaborate with senior analysts on ad-hoc analysis projects.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
* Basic knowledge of Excel, SQL, or other data analysis tools.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to work accurately with datasets.
* Good communication skills to clearly present findings.
* Eagerness to learn and grow in the data analytics field.
Preferred Qualifications
* Familiarity with Python, R, or other programming languages for data analysis.
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
* Internship or project experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
