Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership & Team Management
o Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service across workplace functions.
o Ensure top-tier service delivery through effective leadership and team collaboration.
* Workplace Experience & Hospitality
o Oversee front-of-house services, janitorial, food & beverage, and event management to provide a seamless experience for clients and employees.
o Manage document services and overall workplace experience to foster a positive environment.
* Facility Operations & Maintenance
o Ensure smooth daily operations of the facility by coordinating with internal teams and vendors.
o Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and technical services to maintain optimal facility conditions.
* Project Oversight
o Manage small-scale site projects from planning to execution, aligning initiatives with business objectives and quality standards.
o Drive project success by ensuring timely completion and stakeholder satisfaction.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
* Manage service provider contracts and ensure high performance from vendors to achieve desired outcomes.
* Budget & Compliance
o Oversee financial performance and budget management to optimize resources and minimize waste.
o Ensure compliance with industry regulations and implement continuous improvements to maintain a competitive edge.
* Innovation & Process Improvement
o Identify and implement operational efficiencies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
o Drive sustainability initiatives and cost-saving measures to contribute to the company's success.
Requirements:
* Experience & Expertise
o 5-8 years of experience in facility management, hospitality, or workplace operations.
o A strong background in integrated facility management and workplace experience strategies.
* Leadership & People Skills
o Proven ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams.
o Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities to navigate complex challenges.
* Business & Technical Acumen
o Commercial mindset with experience in budgeting and cost optimization.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software to streamline operations.
* Language Skills
o Fluency in German and English is essential for effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
