Performance Controller – Planning and Controlling
Location: Zug, Switzerland.
Legal eligibility to work in Switzerland is required.
Your new responsibilities
* Take ownership of monitoring and analyzing wall‑to‑wall margin as well as virtual profitability analyses for the global Business Unit.
* Champion financial modeling to create scenario planning and impact analysis for key strategic initiatives.
* Derive financial models with and for top management to enable impactful decision‑making based on performance data.
* Provide analytical and modeling support for new business models and go‑to‑market transformation.
* Leverage advanced tools such as Power BI and Snowflake applications to enhance reporting capabilities and support the team in driving the digital transformation of financial workflows.
* Engage with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment on financial objectives and drive impactful decision‑making based on performance data.
* Collaborate closely with stakeholders to implement corrective actions and improve performance, demonstrating a proactive approach in addressing challenges.
* Provide ongoing support in developing strategic financial insights, helping steer business decisions that enhance profitability and sustainability.
* Take a leadership role in ensuring financial data integrity, quality, and timeliness in all reporting processes.
Your skills and experience
* A master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a similar field.
* Long‑term experience in performance controlling, financial reporting, and business analysis, with a strong track record of results.
* Profound expertise in ERP systems and databases, with a deep understanding of financial systems and their role in business operations.
* Strong affinity for digitalization and data management, staying ahead of trends in financial data analysis and reporting tools.
* A passion for driving performance improvements, and delivering insights that support business growth and efficiency.
* Comfortable working within a culturally diverse team, bringing results‑driven insights and contributions in an international setting.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German is considered an advantage.
