Responsibilities
* As a pre‑sales Cloud Endpoint Solution Engineer, your primary goal is to establish confidence and win our customer's trust to use cutting‑edge virtualization solutions that leverage the power of Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop.
* Enable a secure, compliant, and efficient Cloud PC experience for customers, ensuring end users can access their personalized Windows environment on any device.
* Manage Cloud PC deployment and maintenance through Intune, staying up‑to‑date with the latest virtualization technologies, including GPU‑enabled Cloud PCs for high‑performance needs.
* Partner closely with solution sales specialists to understand customer business challenges, determine the necessary technology strategy, and remove technical blockers enabling digital transformation.
* Deliver measurable impact across enterprise virtualization landscapes in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field and relevant experience.
* Fluent in German.
* Proven experience in technical pre‑sales engagements with the ability to articulate complex virtualization solutions to both technical and business stakeholders, driving customer confidence and solution adoption.
Skills and Experience
* Skilled in guiding customers through modernization journeys by replacing legacy desktop infrastructure with scalable, cloud‑native solutions like Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365.
* Experience designing and selling virtualization architectures that minimize infrastructure costs, optimize licensing, and reduce total cost of ownership across enterprise environments.
* Extensive knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, including networking, identity, and security, with hands‑on expertise in virtualization platforms.
* Ability to uncover customer pain points and translate them into actionable technology strategies, removing blockers and enabling digital transformation.
* Comfortable navigating dynamic enterprise landscapes, with a passion for continuous learning and delivering measurable impact.
