Your Role
As part of the Global Drug Substance Development department, you will join a team of motivated scientists creating and implementing solutions to support the development and manufacturing of next‑generation biological therapeutics. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic research environment.
* Understand the mechanisms of ADC conjugation
* Explore relevant regulatory requirements
* Benchmark against existing solutions and scientific literature
* Collaborate and communicate effectively with other departments
* Conduct hands‑on experiments and analyze data
* Prepare detailed reports with findings and future recommendations
Your Profile
* Master's or engineering student in Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related fields
* Strong curiosity
* Eagerness to learn
* Ability to adapt quickly and work independently
* Highly motivated with a collaborative team spirit
* Proficient in English (oral and written); knowledge of French is a plus
