Your Mission
Ensure the smooth operation of the Municipal Treasury and support the Municipality in administrative and financial management, while guaranteeing compliance with the legal framework.
Main Tasks
- Take full charge of the management of the Municipal Treasury, including planning and monitoring activities, maintaining accounting (budget, accounts, investments, cash flow, closures) as well as preparing financial analyses in coordination with the Municipality.
- Carry out invoicing for municipal services (taxes, fees, etc.).
- Manage salaries and annual social insurance statements.
- Prepare the tax assessment in accordance with the Municipality's guidelines and organise the annual audit of accounts.
- Handle litigation management (debt collection, bankruptcies).
- Prepare heating cost statements for municipal buildings.
- Manage correspondence, relations with partners, and all other administrative tasks according to the law and the needs of the Municipality.
Desired Profile
Education
- Holder of a Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a commercial employee with accounting training and/or holder of a federal diploma or equivalent training.
Experience
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in a similar role, ideally within a public authority.
Technical Knowledge
- Knowledge of the municipal chart of accounts (MCH2) is desirable;
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, cantonal and municipal directives is desirable;
- Proficiency in office tools and financial management software (URBANUS is an asset).

- Analytical and methodical mindset, with autonomy, rigour and priority management skills;
- Confidence in negotiation and ability to persuade;
- Excellent communication skills and aptitude for cross-functional collaboration;
- Customer orientation and sense of public service;
- Very good command of French and strong writing skills;
- Discretion and sense of confidentiality.
Access Conditions
- Swiss nationality or holder of a C permit.

- Impeccable integrity (clean criminal record and debt collection register extract).
