We are a fully remote team of high-performing professionals working asynchronously across time zones. We're now looking for a Key Account Manager (DACH) to cultivate and expand long-term partnerships in German-speaking markets and ensure strategic clients achieve success with our solutions.
What you will do
* Manage and grow key client relationships across the DACH region, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
* Understand each client’s business goals and align them with Savages Corp’s solutions and services.
* Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expansion across departments or business units.
* Work closely with internal teams (product, tech, compliance) to ensure smooth onboarding, delivery, and post-sale support.
* Develop account plans and regularly report on client health, performance metrics, and strategic goals.
* Represent the company in industry events, digital meetings, and strategic planning sessions with enterprise clients.

What you bring
* 5+ years of experience in B2B Key Account Management, ideally in tech, SaaS, or compliance-driven sectors.
* Proven ability to manage complex enterprise relationships with a consultative and client-first mindset.
* Deep understanding of DACH business culture and customer expectations.
* Native or fluent German speaker, fluent in English (both spoken and written).
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to navigate stakeholder networks at large organizations.
* Comfortable with remote tools and async collaboration in distributed teams.
* Experience in Fintech, Insurtech, or Proptech.
* Familiarity with compliance, SaaS, or API-based platforms.
* Background in business development or customer success in regulated markets.
