Beverage Manager Job Description
This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of all beverage services on board. The Beverage Manager will oversee the management of beverage stock, supervise bar staff, and maintain a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage beverage stock levels and order supplies as needed
* Supervise bar staff to ensure high standards of service and cleanliness
* Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and waste management
* Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
* Lead and motivate a team of bar staff to achieve excellent results
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent leadership skills, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a Beverage Manager or similar position
* Fluent in Japanese and English with excellent communication skills
* Ability to lead and motivate a multi-cultural team
* Strong administration skills and proficiency in PC-based databases and spreadsheets
* Excellent knowledge of Public Health Policies and ability to maintain immaculate cleanliness standards
Working Hours and Conditions:
This role requires flexibility and the ability to work at different times of the day under pressure. The successful candidate will be required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow correct lifting techniques to prevent injuries.
