The Group Associate Product Manager is a role designed for recent graduates or professionals with limited experience. This role provides support to the product marketing team, assisting with various tasks related to product launches, marketing campaigns, and product management. It is an opportunity for the individual to learn and grow within the company’s marketing organization.
The candidate will be responsible for managing the following activities:
assist in product marketing activities, including market research, campaign development, and product launches;
help maintain product documentation and marketing materials;
work with cross-functional teams, including Sales and R&D, to support product initiatives;
develop an in-depth understanding of all internal workflows by interfacing with teams across Sales, R&D, Regulatory, and Operations. Map existing processes and proactively identify opportunities to design improved, more efficient workflows;
conduct market analysis to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.
The resource should also have the following skills:
Hard Skills
Bachelor’s or master's degree in Biomedical Engineering. This background provides a structured foundation for growth in product management within the medical device industry;
strong interest in product marketing within the healthcare or medical device industry;
experience in management consulting or a structured analytical environment;
familiarity with programming concepts and/or understanding of how software applications and AI tools work;
fluent in English, French desired and additional languages are considered a plus.
Soft Skills
