Your Mission:
1. Attract Top Talent: Identify and recruit engineers, PhDs, and pharmacists to join our teams, while showcasing the culture and values of our company.
2. End-to-End Recruitment Process: Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates on job boards and social media to conducting phone screenings and evaluation interviews.
3. Talent Support: Guide and promote your candidates throughout their journey, ensuring a smooth and effective closing process.
What We Are Looking For:
* A Master’s degree (Bac +5) with a strong interest in recruitment and a commercial mindset.
* Fluency in both German and English is essential.
* Excellent adaptability to tailor your communication to different stakeholders.
* Energy and perseverance: You thrive on challenges and are known for your enthusiasm and determination.
* A willingness to learn about the roles you recruit for and continuously grow in your own position.
