Description
We're looking for a senior, process-driven Product Marketing Manager to lead product marketing across our pediatric-focused technology portfolio, including our EHR, billing, and patient engagement solutions. This is a newly created role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, owns the execution of project plans, and can step in with minimal ramp time.
Reporting into Marketing and working closely with Product, this role influences how our products are positioned, communicated, launched, and supported in the market. You'll coordinate well-defined, repeatable Go-to-Market (GTM) processes, bringing structure and consistency to planning and execution, and ensuring cross-functional teams are aligned and accountable.
You'll translate product capabilities into clear, compelling value for pediatric practices, strengthen our differentiation, and help drive growth with prospective and existing customers. You'll also play a visible role in elevating our senior leadership team as thought leaders across multiple platforms.
Essential Functions / Tasks / Duties / Responsibilities
Product Positioning + Messaging
Own and evolve product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that clearly articulate differentiated benefits for pediatric practices.
Clearly articulate how our products solve problems and deliver value across audiences.
Partner with Product and Marketing to ensure consistent messaging across all channels, campaigns, and customer touchpoints.
Go-To-Market Strategy + Process Ownership
Lead GTM planning and execution for new products, enhancements, and initiatives.
Define, document, and maintain clear GTM processes, timelines, and ownership models.
Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success Teams, and Finance to ensure launch readiness and alignment.
Build scalable GTM frameworks that can be reused and improved over time.
Cross-Functional + Partner Collaboration
Work closely with Product to influence roadmap storytelling and launch planning.
Collaborate with Sales to deliver effective enablement materials and messaging.
Work with external partners to develop webinars, campaigns, and co-marketing programs.
Market, Customer, and Competitive Insights
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and buyer needs to inform strategy.
Gather and synthesize voice-of-customer insights from customers, advisory groups, and internal stakeholders.
Design and deploy surveys and research initiatives to validate messaging, concepts, and opportunities.
Campaign, Content, and Leadership Promotion
In conjunction with the Marketing team, support integrated campaigns across email, web, search, paid media, social media, webinars, trade shows, and account-based marketing.
Lead a new, structured effort to promote senior leadership as industry thought leaders across webinars, events, blogs, and other digital platforms.
Partner with subject matter experts to produce high-impact content and storytelling.

Education / Professional Certifications Or Licenses Required
Bachelors in Marketing or related field
Project Management certifications preferred
Experience Requirements
5+ years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, or a related role or three years of specific EHR project marketing experience.
Proven ability to operate independently with minimal training or oversight.
Strong track record of building and running structured, repeatable GTM processes.
Experience working closely with Product teams and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
B2B experience in Healthcare IT or a regulated SaaS environment is strongly preferred.
Deep understanding of product positioning, messaging, and GTM execution.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking paired with crisp storytelling.
Proficiency with or similar visual Work OS tools to manage complex workflows.
Demonstrated experience with integrated marketing campaigns, digital channels, and sales enablement.
Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management and collaboration tools.
Experience conducting market, competitive, and customer research and analysis.
