My areas of responsibility include but not limited to: Ensure property revenue management and distribution strategy correlates with an overall company direction. Drive the property to achieve full potential revenue via revenue management strategy and distribution channel management by maximizing presence across all distribution channels and drive revenues from each channel at all times. Drive most profitable direct rates to improve profitability and overall brand awareness. Ensures all rates are loaded and displayed correctly by audit after any loading/updates been done. Ensure all distribution channels are optimized with a correct price positioning. Monitor in statistical format, pick-up patterns, lead times and general business trends. Striving for rate parity, correct price positioning with accurate and always updated online exposure across all selling channels. Continuously review and improve presence and visibility across all selling channels. Identify, recommend, and drive initiatives to increase production and contribution from all distribution channels including Brand Website, OTA, Online Partners and GDS. Ensures hotel rates, packages and other revenue management and distribution related content complies with Six Senses guidelines. Assess, oversee, manage, and implement all systems, tools and programs in the related field. Rate and content loading on related distribution channels. Identify appropriate campaigns from 3rd party sites including OTA for hotels to participate in. Develop and manage relationships with existing and potential suppliers and vendors related products and programs and manage effective relationships. Review competitive sets on a regular basis and identify selling strategies and market trends of the competitive set and communicates the same. Take a leading role in the annual preparation of the rooms revenue budget as well as the annual rate preparation. Develop overall pricing strategy along with the DOSM to ensure all target market segments are developed for the long-term benefit of the respective property business requirements and growth Design & create required packages & promotions to meet the direct business demands per respective property requirements. Prepare weekly forecast report, conduct and lead weekly forecast meetings To make appropriate suggestions to Senior Management for the general improvements of the property's growth and benefit. Undertake any other reasonable task or responsibility as required by Groups Director of Revenue and Distribution and General Manager to meet the business needs. Support sales and marketing and reservations personnel to ensure business plans, programs, systems, and functions are aligned to drive revenue and optimum department productivity.
