Business Process Engineer - Service (m/w)
Responsibilities:
1. thorough understanding of our customers and their needs, embedding customer centricity in all your work, which includes high priority to embed safety in our processes to deflect harm from the customer and our people
2. engaging all relevant internal stakeholders along the end-to-end process from sourcing, via offering, execution and finalization of the service jobs on the customer's vessels, all the way to technical service and handling of customer complaints. Through this you gather a thorough understanding of the software tools they use, their interactions and all the process interfaces
3. hosting and coordinating process mapping workshops, creating, updating maintaining process diagrams in the ADONIS process mapping solution
4. identifying and coordinating resolution of process disruptions and "digital breaks" between the various tools used (CRM, SAP,...) to simplify and automate business execution as much as possible
5. coordinate with the head of the service business and our head of digitalization a digital roadmap for the service business, culminating a) in a mobile app for the service technician structuring and organizing all on site activities and b) overarching end to end operational process performance metrics and KPI with their corresponding dashboards
6. heading selected related business and/or IT projects in the context of resolving such digital breaks and achieving the needed automation of the administrative processes, adhering to our company's governance model for such projects
7. coordinate with the Head of QEHS the design of the processes to ensure that key operational ISO demands like on-site safety management and traceability are properly reflected in the processes and that the processes fit in the overall architecture of our Management System and the process landscape therein
Requirements:
8. relevant experience in industrial service or engineering service, preferably 3 years’ experience in the maritime service industry
9. performance record in process management, process mapping, QEHS, KPI and business metric concepts, Microsoft PowerBI, business excellence, or related field
10. Software development project Management knowhow and/or experience, based on today’s Platforms such as DevOps or Jira
11. open, productive, team-work orientated spirit and refusal to think in departmental silos
12. willingness to learn and willingness to help a young business mature
