About The Role
We’re seeking a Marketing & Brand Lead to strengthen and scale Tekton’s marketing strategy across key markets. This role will help deepen brand presence, align messaging with business goals, and collaborate closely with revenue and content teams to drive measurable impact.

You’ll join a team that values clarity, creativity, and collaboration — and have the space to build on the work already in motion, while proposing new ideas that reflect our growing identity and goals.

This position offers a clear path toward greater responsibility and leadership opportunities, as our marketing structure continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities

Support the design and execution of brand and demand campaigns in USCAN and LATAM

Ensure brand consistency across internal and external channels

Lead and manage the content production process, working with internal teams and vendors

Maintain and update the corporate website, ensuring alignment with messaging, SEO, and user experience

Manage Tekton’s presence on third-party platforms (e.g., Clutch, Glassdoor, AWS)

Support marketing operations, CRM workflows, and campaign reporting

Partner with commercial and delivery teams to build impactful sales enablement assets (decks, one-pagers, case studies)

Align internal and external messaging with Tekton’s tone and positioning

Success in this role looks like:

Strong alignment between commercial and marketing messages

Consistent delivery of high-quality content, on time and on brand

Growth in visibility and engagement across key channels

Effective support of sales and talent attraction efforts

What We’re Looking For

4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, content strategy, or brand management

Proficiency with Figma, HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEO tools

Experience working with creative teams (copy, design, web) and coordinating vendors

A sharp eye for design and detail, and strong storytelling skills

Ability to write or edit content in both English and Spanish

Familiarity with the tech or consulting sector is a plus

Compensation & Work Conditions

Modality: Full-time – 100% remote

Location: Flexible within LATAM (working with global team)

Contract type: Contractor – paid in USD

Monthly compensation: Up to USD 2,750, depending on experience
