Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for our customers via phone. Manage and coordinate order processing from inquiry to delivery
Handle written communication and correspondence in French and/or German
Support and execute customer mailings and communication campaigns
Prepare and maintain stock overviews and inventory reports
Maintain and update master data with accuracy and care
Contribute to smooth daily operations through general administrative support
What You’ll Bring
EFZ (3-year apprenticeship) or equivalent commercial education
Good written and spoken language skills in French and German (minimum B2 level)
Confident handling of MS Office (especially Outlook, Excel and Word)
Experience in customer service or administrative roles is an advantage
Structured, independent and reliable way of working
Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
