Ph3FIDUCIARY ADMINISTRATION OFFICER /h3 h3OVERALL PURPOSE /h3 pAs Fiduciary Administration Officer, you will be primarily responsible for the provision of an efficient, professional administrative support service to Relationship Directors/Managers, on formation and ongoing administration of Trusts and Companies. This role will involve close and regular interaction with all members of the Trust Team, Relationship Directors / Managers, Accountants within the Family Office International department and the other departments. /p h3Principal Tasks Responsibilities /h3 ul liPrepare and arrange signature of all documents required for the transfer of the administration of entities between different offices, update list of entities and liaise with all relevant departments in respect of such transfers /li liRespond to requests from Relationship Directors/Managers for execution of transactions or provision of information and clarification /li liRespond to requests from Accounting and Compliance departments for information and clarification about accounts or related administrative issues /li liPrepare and present periodic reviews of trusts and companies to ensure that they are being administered in accordance with the company policies, jurisdictional and legal requirements /li liEnsure that the Company’s data base system contains accurate and up to date information /li liAdministration of own portfolio of entities, including liaison with Relationship Directors/Managers where necessary. Such administration to include : /li liFormation of trusts, companies and foundations in any jurisdiction /li liTermination of trusts, companies and foundations in any jurisdiction /li liAssist with transfers in/out of entities from/to other administrators /li liDrafting and checking of: Documentation / Resolutions / Loan Agreements / Powers of Attorney / Facility Documentation / Property transaction documents / Letters to third parties /li liAssist Directors and Managers on ad-hoc client requests and Group projects as they arise /li liProvide general administrative support and assistance /li /ul h3PERSON SPECIFICATIONS /h3 ul liWell organized, with an interest in working in a high paced, demanding environment /li liDiplôme de l’Ecole de Commerce, Maturité professionnelle or equivalent ; HEG / Bachelor degree an advantage /li liFirst work experience in the Finance / Trust business is an advantage /li liGood level of English (min.B2) /li liA strong interest in the Trust and Company administration business /li liAt ease with Microsoft Office tools /li liKnowledge of MS Dynamics / NavOne an advantage /li liExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability and maturity to deal effectively with all levels of staff and management within the Group, third party service providers such as asset managers and tax consultants /li liA strong client care / service orientation /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
