Role Overview
As a SF Technical Consultant, based in our new office in Morbio, Canton Ticino, you are jointly responsible for the technical development of our Salesforce platform, consisting of Service, Sales, Revenue and Marketing Cloud. You will actively shape the digital future of mobility by evaluating solution concepts and identifying requirements and dependencies. With your hands-on mentality, you will work independently and actively to implement the requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day operations of the Salesforce platform, including user management, permissions, and data integrity.
* Customize Salesforce to meet business requirements, including creating custom objects, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
* Handle integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce.
* Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices for maintenance and scalability.
* Provide training and support to end-users, enhancing their ability to utilize Salesforce effectively.
* Ensure compliance with security policies and data governance standards.
* Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates, releases, and industry best practices to recommend and implement new features or improvements.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Professional experience as a Salesforce technical consultant.
* Insight-driven knowledge of the architecture of the Salesforce platform, especially in the area of Sales and Service Cloud.
* Experience in configuring and customizing the Salesforce platform.
* Experience in development of custom software on the Salesforce platform (APEX, LWC, FLOWS).
* Ideally knowledge in handling with Salesforce REST API.
* Knowledge of deployment tools such as Gearset and Bitbucket.
* Practical experience with agile project methods (SAFe, Agile, SCRUM, Kanban) and the corresponding tools (Jira, Confluence).
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills in English.
