Job Description
* Assist in planning and executing transition activities.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide insights for successful transitions.
* Develop transition plans, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
* Monitor progress and report on key performance indicators.
* Facilitate training sessions and workshops for team readiness.
Primary Skills
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in project coordination or management.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Basic understanding of project management software and methodologies.
Secondary Skills
* Experience with project management tools like Microsoft Project.
* Familiarity with change management methodologies.
* Certifications such as CAPM or similar are advantageous.
