Job Responsibilities Assist the Hospice général, particularly in its activities related to the asylum domain, by ensuring compliance with the legal framework. Main activities: Act as a legal expert in the field of asylum and provide the necessary legal support to defend the interests of migrant assistance, particularly by: - Reviewing agreements; - Reviewing decisions; - Assisting in the understanding of SEM X decisions on the ground; - Defining the type of social assistance to provide based on the permits issued; - Participating in the drafting of regulations and legal directives to ensure coherence with the legal and institutional framework; - Proposing responses for management within the scope of federal and cantonal regulations; - Preparing draft responses for the management of assistance; Secondary activities: Addressing various legal questions submitted to the service. Profile - Holder of a complete legal degree with a Swiss certificate (essential); - Relevant previous professional experience for the position; - Mastery of asylum law; - Good writing skills and a solid understanding of the functioning of Geneva institutions and additional knowledge.
