Join EPAM in Geneva as a Senior Tableau Developer with Credit Risk expertise, working on‑site with a key financial services client. You will design and deliver high‑impact Tableau dashboards for credit risk analysis and reporting, translating complex data into actionable insights. This hands‑on role requires strong technical skills, credit risk knowledge and direct client engagement, with a hybrid working model and regular on‑site presence.
Responsibilities
* Design, develop and maintain high-performance, scalable Tableau dashboards and visual analytics focused on credit risk analysis and reporting
* Collaborate directly with client stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into analytical solutions and present insights effectively
* Apply credit risk concepts such as PD, LGD and EAD to create meaningful metrics, KPIs and visualizations
* Integrate Tableau with internal and external data sources support automated data pipelines for recurring and scheduled reporting
* Prepare, transform and validate large datasets related to loan portfolios, financial metrics and risk indicators using SQL and data modeling techniques
* Produce clear documentation, including data dictionaries, dashboard user guides and process flows for delivered solutions
Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, BI development and advanced Tableau dashboard design
* Strong hands‑on expertise with Tableau, including performance optimization and data visualization best practices
* Solid proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, SQL Server)
* Proven experience in credit risk within banking or financial services, including PD, LGD, EAD and Basel II/III frameworks
* Exposure to ETL processes and data preparation tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau Prep) and data modeling concepts
* Familiarity with risk analytics or statistical environments (SAS or R is a plus)
* Experience with version control and delivery pipelines (Git, CI/CD) is an advantage
* Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills, with the ability to work directly with on‑site clients
