Role Summary:
This position will work closely with customers and partners to provide sales support. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for growth.
Main Tasks:
* Manage customer relationships to increase loyalty and retention,
* Process customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly,
* Proactively manage accounts using SAP, BW, myCHEP & CRM Siebel,
* Support the commercial unit in achieving sales targets,
* Assist with asset management aspects in Retail and FSE,
* Lead audits for small accounts and support national and EKA, Retail audits,
* Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions,
* Optimize existing processes to enhance efficiency,
* Engage with potential new customers, propose solutions, and drive new business,
* Identify growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in economics or equivalent,
* Two years of customer service experience with system interaction,
* Manufacturer and/or retail knowledge advantageous,
* Matrix organization experience beneficial,
* Customer-centric attitude,
* Collaborative teamwork,
* Analytical skills,
* Effective communication,
* Continuous process optimization,
* MS Office,
* Siebel & SAP knowledge desirable,
* Fluent languages: German, English, and French.
