Key Responsibilities
* Define and deliver HR strategy, positioning HR as a strategic enabler for organizational success.
* Provide expert HR counsel to senior leadership on all people-related matters.
* Inspire, develop and empower the HR team while overseeing departmental objectives.
* Ensure a consistent and positive employee experience across the entire lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
* Foster a culture of continuous feedback, coaching, inclusive leadership and promote diversity, equity and belonging across all levels of the organization.
* Design and implement training, talent development and succession initiatives.
* Lead recruitment strategy and execution, including large-scale campaigns and key leadership hires.
* Define and oversee compensation policies, salary reviews and reward processes to ensure fairness and competitiveness of the organization.
* Provide data-driven insights through HR analytics to support strategic decision-making and champion digital innovations for HR initiatives.
* Build constructive relationships with employee representatives, social partners and external stakeholders.
