Senior Consultant (TPR Integration & Change Management) – LHHWe are seeking a senior consultant to lead the Target Price Range (TPR) integration project and drive the organizational change management (OCM) process as part of the expanded SP&C mandate. This role is critical to ensuring the successful adoption of new processes across global, regional, and affiliate levels. It requires exceptional skills in senior stakeholder management, resilience in navigating a complex matrix environment, and the ability to establish best practices for long‑term sustainability.Key ResponsibilitiesCo‑lead the process/pricing tool implementation integration project, ensuring design, implementation, and alignment with the new pricing function mandate.Drive organizational change management as a core responsibility, shaping communication, training, and adoption activities to ensure a smooth transition.Manage senior‑level stakeholder engagement, including Pricing Squad, Commercial Enablement, IT teams, DiaPrice, and other system owners.Navigate complex organizational dependencies and competing priorities with resilience and focus.Set and embed best practices for governance, communication, and process sustainability at global and regional levels.Track progress, manage risks, and ensure successful operational handover once stabilized.Must HavesMinimum university degree or similar education.Minimum 5 years experience in project management and/or organizational change management, ideally linked to process or system transformation at a global scale.Strong track record of senior stakeholder management within complex matrix organizations.Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in driving large‑scale change across diverse markets.Ability to influence, align, and drive decision‑making across global, regional, and affiliate stakeholders.Familiarity with pricing processes, commercial tools, or system integrations is an advantage.Fluency in English.Nice to HaveExtensive knowledge of E2E integration process.What We Are Looking ForExperience in project management and organizational change management, with a proven history of managing senior stakeholders within intricate matrix organizations.Resilience and adaptability to spearhead large‑scale change initiatives across diverse markets.Ability to influence, align, and drive decision‑making among global, regional, and affiliate stakeholders.Familiarity with pricing processes, commercial tools, or system integrations considered an asset.Additional DetailsContract planned duration: 9 months (contract extension very likely).Workload: 80‑100%.Home office: Yes, possible.Team: 9 people.Seniority LevelMid‑Senior level.Employment TypeFull‑time.Job FunctionEngineering and Information Technology; Staffing and Recruiting.
