Responsibilities
* Coordinate and monitor shipments from storage sites to CMOs in alignment with established logistics strategies, flows, and processes.
* Prepare and manage all necessary shipping documentation.
* Ensure all required licenses and permits are secured before shipments.
* Troubleshoot and resolve logistics issues with partners to guarantee timely delivery and product quality.
* Execute SAP transactions for the transfer of vaccine-related materials between sites.
* Collect and consolidate inventory data for regular stock reviews.
* Review and approve invoices from logistics service providers.
* Manage inventories and supplies of temperature loggers and thermal blankets.
* Support the development of shipping procedures and general shipment guidelines.
* Contribute to operational and business review meetings with logistics suppliers.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
* Minimum of 2 year's experience in logistics operations, ideally in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with strong focus on cold chain logistics.
* Solid knowledge of export / import regulations and shipping documentation requirements.
* Strong understanding of GMP-compliant materials management and international shipping processes.
* Proficiency in SAP.
* Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to collaborate effectively with logistics suppliers and CMOs in a team-oriented environment.
* Additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are advantageous.
