* Responsible for the order and cleanliness in our guest rooms and on the floors and public areas of the hotel
* Quality control of cleaned rooms and other areas as well as turn-down service
* Ensuring compliance with all quality standards and hygiene regulations
* Co-organization and assistance in regular basic cleaning work
* Ensuring the forwarding of technical defects in the guest area and in the rooms
* Contact person for our international guests as well as colleagues and employees
* Training and instruction of new employees
