Process Optimization Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Process Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our biopharmaceutical manufacturing operations, you will play a crucial role in technology transfers, process optimization, and ensuring robust, compliant manufacturing operations.
Your Responsibilities:
* Lead Technology Transfers: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless technology transfers and process scale-up for biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
* Process Optimization: Optimize and troubleshoot manufacturing processes to ensure robustness and compliance.
* Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements through collaboration with clients and internal teams.
* Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise and mentorship to production staff on GMP and bioprocess technology.
* Documentation and Compliance: Manage documentation, risk analysis, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
* Innovation Projects: Support continuous improvement initiatives and innovation projects to drive quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
* Education: Advanced degree (PhD or Master's) in biotechnology, chemical engineering, or a related field.
* Experience: Proven experience in biopharma process development or manufacturing (USP and/or DSP).
* Skills: Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills. Fluency in English required; German is a strong asset.
