Inhouse Consultant SAP PLM (d/f/m)

As an In-House Consultant SAP PLM (m/f/d), you will play a key role in our SAP Competence Centre and contribute to the ongoing development of our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solution. You will collaborate closely with the Design, Product Development, and Procurement departments to establish efficient processes for developing new collections and to actively drive our digital transformation.
Your Responsibilities
* Further develop and support our SAP PLM solutions in close coordination with relevant departments.
* Consider requirements of PLM-related satellite systems, such as PIM or DAM systems.
* Advise and support in optimizing and digitalizing business processes.
* Design, find solutions for, and implement new business requirements, especially in Product Structure Management.
* Ensure software functionality through 2nd level support, error analysis, and troubleshooting in daily operations.
* Plan and conduct key user training sessions and support end-user training.
* Perform and document software tests.
Required experience and skills:
* A successfully completed technical degree or comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
* In-depth knowledge of SAP MM module, especially in master data, ideally with focus on fashion and textiles.
* Experience as an in-house consultant or managing SAP PDM/PLM solutions, preferably in the fashion sector.
* Knowledge of interfaces in SAP Integration Suite (BTP) is a plus.
* Good command of English.
* Independent and structured working style.
* Analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex issues.
* Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and team spirit.
