Health & Benefit Lead Romandie (100%, f/m/d)
Your Responsibilities
Client Partner & Business Development
* Retain and build existing client relationships as well as actively seek new business development opportunities (through personal relations or RFP)
* Focal contact point of your clients and advocating their interest into the broader world of Aon
* Ensure the smooth delivery of contractual obligations and day-to-day activities such as business reviews as well as following up on resulting actions
* Engage with clients to identify their strategic needs and priorities, develop potential solutions in collaboration with other Aon entities such as Global Benefits and Human Capital
* Quickly and efficiently leverage a global network of people, best practices and Aon assets to generate compelling insights, analytics and strategic solutions
Team Lead & Accountability
* Lead a group of 7 colleagues across all health-related business lines (i.e. pension, personal lines and healthcare) and support successful development of their careers
* Actively contribute to building high performing teams, fostering a culture of development and promote talents
* Work on succession plannings and constantly make sure that human resources are matching the client evolving needs
* Be the point of contact for H&B leaders in Switzerland and be responsible of KPI’s such as growth, profitability and retention
Project Management
* Understand, translate and cascade locally the Group initiatives such as new products and services
* Drive innovation & technology projects within the Aon environment as well as on the client side
* Coordinate services with third parties such as payroll and absence management providers
* Work with Carrier-Management to improve H&B products with insurers
* Work with Marketing to develop the Aon brand through industry relationship building, thought leadership, whitepapers, conferences and presentations
Your Profile
* Insurance Federal diploma and/or Bachelor degree as well as FINMA registered, Master Degree is a plus
* 10 years of experience within the Insurance Sector with an (international) H&B background, preferably in a commercial / technical role with a leading insurer and / or broker firm
* Extensive experience in senior account management in an international environment
* Experienced team leader and business developer
* Analytic mind with strong organizational skills and solution as well as results oriented
* Decisiveness and commitment to personal development
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French, German is a plus
