Description du poste The job holder will be responsible for managing the A-Z of the HR function for the organisation. This includes recruitment, employee life-cycle, talent development and talent management, employee engagement and retention. Will act as an HR business partner for the leadership team and will be the point of contact for staff. The role is both strategic and hands-on and will be responsible for developing or improving HR strategies and essentially strengthening the organisations human resources framework. Profil recherché Bachelors degree or equivalent HR diploma 8 years experience in HR, ideally as HRBP or HR Management covering all aspects of the HR function Fluent French and English Solid knowledge of Swiss labour law and HR best practices IT-savvy - broad knowledge of different HRIS Strong drive for results, with unquestionable integrity and discretion, and customer focus Ability to take initiatives with a can-do attitude LI-LJ1 jidaeb19d7afr jit0418afr jpiy26afr
