Role Overview
We are seeking a senior IT security leader to drive and evolve the organisation's security strategy across infrastructure, access management, network controls, and compliance. This role requires both depth and breadth in cybersecurity, with a strong track record of leading teams and delivering results across complex environments. The position is strategic but hands -on, with close collaboration across IT, operations, and business units.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a high -performing IT security team across domains such as engineering, IAM, and compliance.
* Own the security roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and regulatory expectations.
* Guide implementation of technical controls across infrastructure, endpoints, and identity platforms.
* Drive governance, risk, and compliance efforts, including audits, policies, and internal control frameworks.
* Partner with architecture, operations, and project teams to ensure security -by -design principles are embedded across initiatives.
* Serve as an internal advisor on risk posture, threat landscape, and security -related decisions.
Candidate Profile
o 15+ years of experience in IT security, with a solid foundation in infrastructure, network, and access control.
o At least 5 years of direct people management experience, including hiring, coaching, and performance development.
o Strong command of industry standards and frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST, CIS).
o Experience navigating complex environments with multiple stakeholders and legacy systems.
o Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
o Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
o Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset depending on location.
