You willinitiateand support theimplementation,of said initiatives, in theGPQSSteam, to achieveengineeringefficiency, caterorganizationalscale-up andcompetency developmentalong our growth journey. /p /lilipYou will define and lead the implementation of continuousimprovementsinitiatives across engineering processes and tools, in alignment with Business Unit and Global Product Group strategies. /p /lilipYou will monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure operational excellence and strategic alignment. /p /lilipYou willparticipatein the budgeting process, jointly withtheGlobal OperationsManager and Controller. /p /lilipYou willconducttheSalesand Operations Planning with other members of theGlobal Product Group teamandtakeactionsto close potential gaps inengineeringcapacity. /p /lilipYou willensurethat the area of responsibility is structured to fit the business model, sufficiently staffed with skilledresourcesand directed appropriately.You guide,motivateand develop direct and indirect reports within HR policies.
