Intrum AG invites applications for the Call Collection Team in Schwerzenbach (Office hours Mon-Fri 08:00-18:00). The position is full-time, immediate start, and permanent.
Overview
As a Call Center Agent you are responsible for debt collection cases requiring comprehensive handling and support. You’ll engage with consumers in inbound and outbound calls, advise and support them in debt repayment with solution-oriented measures, work independently with our in-house software, and monitor legal deadlines and internal deadlines.
Responsibilities
Advise and support consumers with outstanding claims and achieve payment through solution-oriented measures.
Process assigned collection cases independently using the company’s software, monitoring and complying with statutory deadlines and internal schedules.
Conduct inbound and outbound telephone discussions with consumers.
Qualifications
Several years of experience in a commercial role or a call center.
Strong written and spoken German and French; Italian and English are a plus.
Social competence and strong assertiveness.
Precise, independent work style and high quality awareness.
Ability to remain composed and maintain perspective in hectic moments.
Knowledge of debt collection is an advantage.
