This position is made for you Support N1–N2 (FR-ALL) WHO ARE WE? 3R is the leader in medical imaging in French-speaking Switzerland, recognized for its diagnostic excellence, its patient-centered service, and its group includes 20 radiology centers spread across 7 cantons (Valais, Vaud, Fribourg, Neuchâtel, Bern, Geneva, Zurich) as well as 25 operated with medical practices. MISSIONS On a daily basis, you are the first IT contact for our sites in German-speaking Switzerland (as a priority) as well as our sites in French-speaking Switzerland, our partner physicians and our: Multichannel support: phone, email, remote access, and on-site interventions throughout the 3R network. Management of N1–N2 incidents: quick diagnosis, resolution, or structured escalation of tickets: you ensure compliance with SLAs and maintain a quality relationship with suppliers: following up and reminding about open points with our external partners. Regional IT responsibility: key contact for your system's reference. Continuous contribution to our processes & experience. Qualification: CFC or equivalent title. Experience in IT support, ideally in a medical or hospital environment. French or German as a language minimum B2 level in a second language (prerequisite). Technical skills: Management of a solid park in IP networks and systems (Windows 11, Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, VoIP). Knowledge of RIS and PACS systems (appreciated). Soft skills: Analytical mindset, flexibility, and team spirit. Excellent customer service skills.
