Job Description
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners
Leverage your existing network to generate new business
Provide strategic leadership and direction to the trust and fiduciary services team
Oversee the development and implementation of trust and fiduciary strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Drive business development initiatives to expand the client base and increase revenue
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Manage risk effectively, implementing measures to mitigate potential issues
Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team
Assist in leading team members, providing guidance and support for professional growth
Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and enhance overall organizational performance
The Successful Applicant
Minimum 10 years of experience in the fiduciary business
Proven track record of successful business development and client relationship management
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and within a collaborative partnership model
Academic background in either finance or legal disciplines is a plus
Good command of English is a must as it is the primary business language
Some management experience would be advantageous
Ideally experience in trusts and estates
STEP or similar qualification advantageous
