This position sits at the intersection of commercial operations, procurement, manufacturing, and strategic business support, partnering closely with international stakeholders and senior management teams.

Responsibilities
* Oversight and execution of Data Protection matters in Switzerland in line with FADP requirements
* Act as the main point of contact for local Data Protection queries and initiatives
* Coordinate with the Group Data Protection function to ensure alignment with global standards
* Provide Data Protection support and guidance to selected international markets
* Support the implementation and monitoring of privacy frameworks, policies, and procedures
Requirements
* Legal background preferred, ideally with expertise in Swiss and/or EU law
* Specialization in Data Protection and Privacy matters
* Strong understanding of Swiss FADP and EU GDPR frameworks
* Ability to advise on Data Protection and regulatory compliance matters across multiple jurisdictions
* Resident of Switzerland or Liechtenstein
