For our division Asulab, we are looking for a
Quality Engineer
Who will ensure that organizational processes and SG R&D quality system comply with the requirements of ISO standards, as well as Swatch Groups regulatory and relevant environmental directives.
Description du poste
1. Support audit process risk assessment, to early identify potential weaknesses in the quality system and prioritize the audits.
2. Perform internal audits: audit plan preparation according to the audit program, audit execution and final audit reports.
3. Review and validate the corrective and preventive actions defined for the resolution of the findings.
4. Follow-up of the corrective actions until verification of effectiveness before closure.
5. Consolidate and report main system gaps and opportunities to management. Propose and drive or actively support continuous improvement activities.
6. Actively contribute to management review report, project reviews and performance reviews.
7. Ensure Quality metrics (KPIs) are up to date, contribute to the definition of continuous improvement projects for QMS and drive it with organization support.
8. Ensure that the practices, processes, and procedures of the organization conform to the internal and external requirements.
9. Actively contribute to the suppliers evaluation, selection, monitoring, and re-evaluation process. Organize the quality side of activities in case of suppliers audits or continuous improvement needed.
10. Develop and deploy training for QMS and quality culture.
Profil
11. Engineering masters degree.
12. Experience in Quality Management System is a clear advantage.
Compétences requises
13. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
14. Excellent knowledge of ISO or highly motivated employee willing to learn (a formal training will be ensured).
15. Listening, communication and presentation skills are required, as well as the ability to effectively work with people at all levels of the organization.
16. Sound knowledge of product / process development processes as well as production environment.
17. Project management skills.
Langues
18. French and English.
19. German is an asset.
