Your key responsibilities: Assist in the execution of M&A transactions from pitch to close; In-depth industry and company analyses; Preparation of potential buyer and target lists; Company valuations using market and comparable transaction multiples and the DCF method; Preparation of transaction documents such as information memorandum, teaser, management presentation; Support in the due diligence process; Sharpen your technical skills in areas such as accounting, business valuations and financial modeling; Support on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that tight deadlines are met. Skills and attributes for success: Advanced stages of Bachelor's degree (minimum 4 semesters) or Master's degree with excellent academic track record in business administration, finance, economics, etc.; First experience in relevant fields, ideally in M&A (M&A boutique, investment banking, Big Four) or in private equity, investment management, transaction diligence, etc.; Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
