Your Role

As a Senior Test Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of core banking systems and in-house developed applications. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining automated test cases and continuously enhancing the automation framework.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain automated test scripts based on business and technical specifications
* Increase automation coverage and maintain high reliability of test cases
* Execute test runs, analyze results, and validate outputs
* Improve and expand the existing test automation framework
* Support the implementation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines
* Collaborate closely with development and business teams to ensure high quality standards

Your Profile

* Higher education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* 5+ years of professional experience in test automation
* Strong grasp of programming fundamentals
* Solid experience with advanced Excel and SQL
* Familiarity with system architecture, APIs, and PL/SQL is a plus
* Experience in CI/CD, distributed systems, and microservices architecture is advantageous
* Financial services or banking experience is a plus (experience with Avaloq is highly desirable)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage
