Senior Business Analyst (Techno-Functional) – Tax Regulatory Projects, Wealth Management context
Responsibilities
* Gather the requirements from End Users and Product Owner
* Write DFS (Detailed Functional specifications), GFS (General Functional specifications) or user stories and confirm the understanding with the developers
* Perform analysis with the Product Owners or BAs of other application squads/teams when involved in multi-systems features and interfaces
* Work with developers on system design and development/unit testing
* Work with the testing team to review SIT strategy, test cases and results to ensure quality of delivery and conduct SIT to ensure quality of delivery
* Support UAT (reproduce issues, monitoring, fixing with the team)
* Support Project delivery and ensure requirements are in-place in Production
* Assist the Program / Project Manager and/or DEV team on any governance, security or architecture related follow-up or deliverables. A technical-functional knowledge is required in order to achieve this
* Assists stakeholders in diagnosing problems and recognizing issues
* Recognize typical as well as complex and unusual issues, and actions needed to advance the decision-making process. Recommends possible solutions
Additional Responsibilities
* Organize and run dedicated meetings, internal & management committees
* Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal third parties to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artefacts as needed: GFS, DFS, Business process design, minutes, review and validation with Sponsors, presentation etc.
* Analyze gaps in functionality and processes between European and Asian sites and propose solutions to converge and align them into a common design
* Be the liaison between the Program / Project Manager (and Business side) and Technology teams
* Participate to the full development lifecycle including design, estimation, planning, development support, test support, release, implementation & guarantee support
* Support on PM & SM activities on need basis
* Flexible to take additional responsibilities
Job Requirements
Skills & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science or finance
* Experience in working with large, distributed IT teams
* Experience on SaaS / Cloud program / projects
* At least 12+ years of experience in the IT- banking area
* At least 8+ years of experience working on Tax or Regulatory topics
* Good knowledge on Wealth Management banking operations and financial products
* Good understanding of project lifecycle and experience in functional and technical specification
* Highly analytical, able to investigate, troubleshoot and determine issues at root cause
Mandatory (Functional Skills)
* Mandatory experience on any of the given topics: Tax Regulatory, Performance, German Tax reporting, Client Tax Statement Reporting, AEOI/CRS, FATCA, IRS871m
* Knowledge of banking operations and financial products
* Knowledge on Banking systems (similar to Olympic, TRANSACT, AAA)
Mandatory (Technical Skills)
* IT experience: general knowledge (SQL)
* Excel (example: how to do vlookup, creating pivots etc.)
Mandatory (Soft Skills)
* Excellent written and oral communication skills in multi-cultural environment
* Good presentation skills to discuss/communicate directly with Europe/Asia business users
* Must be able to work and collaborate with other team members – both Business and IT
* Must be able to work on flexible hours (weekends, European hours) during tax reporting season
Good To Have
* Organization and management of tests (SIT / Non-regression, UAT)
* Methodology (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
* JIRA, Confluence and Release Management Tools
* Knowledge on Reporting systems (similar to EasyTax, FiTax, SECTRAS, WM Daten, SIX)
* Exposure to applications revolving around: Client Management Systems, Data warehouse, Batch processing of reports

The Talent Acquisition Specialist (360 degree) will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across a variety of functions. You will partner closely with Business Managers to understand project needs and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
* Manage salary negotiation, prospecting, sales activities, inbounds, outbounds, and client relationships
* Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, industry networks, and talent pipelines
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
* Leverage niche platforms and life sciences talent communities to identify specialized candidates
* Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring timelines
* Provide regular updates, market insights, and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders
* Act as a trusted advisor on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices
* Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey
* Maintain timely and transparent communication with all candidates
* Represent the company brand authentically and compellingly to prospective hires
* Track and report on key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, pipeline conversion, etc.)
* Identify trends and suggest improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency
* Contribute to social media content and outreach that highlights company culture and opportunities
