to operational excellence.In this versatile
role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and senior
secretarial support to the Legal Manufacturer Management
representative and the Senior Management team. You will also ensure
smooth site administrative support for all other functions located
in Le Locle Main
Responsibilities:Maintaining
effective and efficient diary management for the Management
representative.Managing expenses for the
Management representative and their
deputies.Assisting employees and contractors
with setting up their accounts on Concur to ensure they can book
travel and accommodation arrangements
themselves.Booking travel for Directors and
Managers when required, ensuring a high level of customer service
while remaining within budget and adhering to the approved travel
and entertainment policy.Scheduling Management
Meetings, booking meeting rooms or conference calls, and ensuring
appropriate refreshments are available and
replenished.Ensuring timely issuance of
meeting agendas, as well as taking and issuing meeting minutes when
necessary.Leading or assisting in the organisation of Company
Events.Organising visitor itineraries on
behalf of the Site representative and other members of the
Management team, including activities outside of business hours
where necessary.Seeking opportunities to
improve processes, workflow, and quality of work, and eliminating
waste where possible using transitional lean
methodologies.Actively supporting the
implementation of Medos International Sarl strategic imperatives
and objectives.Actively supporting an
environment of innovative continuous improvement, focusing on
quality, cost reduction, process development, and
supply.Embracing and living the Behavioral
Standards.Adhering to Corporate, Franchise,
Statutory, Legislative, and Regulatory requirements for GMP, HSE,
and Quality.Ensuring responsibilities under the Quality System as
defined in the Quality Manual are understood and
maintained.Ensuring all HSE requirements are
fulfilled in accordance with the responsibilities defined in the
Company Safety Statement and Environmental
policy.Maintaining the highest level of
confidentiality, discretion, and
flexibility.Presenting yourself and the office
of the Management representative in a professional business
manner.Communicating business-related issues
or opportunities to the next management
level.Performing other general administrative
tasks and duties that may arise in supporting the site as
needed.
QualifikationenWho we are looking
for:Proven experience in marketing
& sales, office management, commercial administration, or a
similar business support role.Strong
organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a
fast-paced environment.Experience with ERP
systems (e.g., SAP) for purchase order management is a
plus.Fluent in English and German (written and
spoken).Proactive mindset with a high level of
reliability and attention to detail.This role is available immediately, is based in Le Locle,
