Job Responsibilities:
* You are the internal application consultant for production, acting as a backing to the lead consultant of the implementation partner and providing business support.
* In projects, you mainly moderate SCM business application solutions from a functional point of view (e.g. in fit-gap workshops) and ensure that the adoption process in the business is guaranteed from start to finish.
* For smaller projects, you will ideally take on the role of the lead consultant yourself.
* You support the business by assessing the return on investment of SCM business application changes as well as identify improvement opportunities together with on-site process owners and key users.
* You evaluate and, in some cases, draft functional specifications for production-specific and production-adjacent topics.
Minimum Requirements:
* Previous experience as an internal / external consultant in SAP projects, SAP application supporter or like-minded roles.
* Three to five years experience related to SAP Production (SAP PP-PI or SAP PP) and / or SAP Materials Management (SAP MM).
* Interest in or preferably some experience with production planning (SAP PP / DS or similar systems), demand planning (SAP IBP / APO or similar systems) or quality management.
* Interest in exploring new technologies such as SAP S / 4HANA, SAP IBP and SAP EWM.
* Enthusiasm for continuously improving processes in the supply chain environment and collaborating with our support partner.
* Excellent command of German and English, with knowledge of other languages being a plus.
