Your key responsibilities
4. Help build trust and confidence through transparency, clarity and consistency
5. Report on the fairness in all material respects with which a client’s audited financial statements are presented
6. Report to regulators of our clients ( FINMA) the results of verifications required by the applicable provisions of the prudential legislation on a wide range of regulatory topics ( AML, Suitability, Corporate Governance, etc)
7. Provide the organizations we serve with greater confidence, better perspective of their business and enhanced transparency into the audit, in order to deliver audits of the highest quality
What we look for
8. A bachelor/master’s degree in either Accounting, Audit & Management Control, Corporate Finance, Business Administration or Economics, a Swiss university degree is an asset
9. You are/about to be in possession of a certified public accountants’ diploma or other similar diploma (Swiss CPA, DEC, ACCA, etc.).
10. 2-3 years of experience in external audit, an experience in a Big Four is an asset
11. You have experience in Swiss Regulatory audits
12. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian, English and French
13. Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to: communicate well; establish strong working relationships; maintain a positive outlook; work under pressure
14. Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
15. A strong interest in our profession and client-oriented attitude
16. Strong team player mentality to proactively drive solutions within highly motivated and diverse teams across functions, countries and region
