We are looking for someone like you, who, as a Digital Account Manager, will:
• Support front-line colleagues by facilitating customer contact and providing administrative support.
• Delight customers with a personalized e/mobile banking experience.
• Conduct remote and 1:1 e-banking sessions and promote best-in-class digital solutions.
• Work closely with internal market representatives to continuously refine our service offering and adapt it to the unique needs of our stakeholders.
• Leverage direct customer feedback to drive our digital enablement initiatives.
What we're looking for:
• Experience in remote and in-person support and collaboration with a wide range of national and international clients.
• Strong ability to identify client needs and tailor service accordingly.
• A curious mindset with a strong desire to proactively identify challenges and opportunities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to offer tactical and strategic solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English to provide our clients with a first-class experience. Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is a strong plus.
