At the heart of the company's activity, you ensure the daily management of supply and procurement. You operate in a demanding field where your function serves as a crucial lever for performance, responsiveness, and primary missions and responsibilities: Oversee supply and stock management, anticipating needs and securing product availability; Place orders with producers and ensure follow-up; Coordinate deadlines, transportation, and logistics flows while actively managing unforeseen events; Work closely with the sales teams to align decisions with the realities on the ground; Monitor and analyze supply chain performance data and adjust actions accordingly; Organize your activities autonomously, effectively setting your priorities; Ensure optimal use of the company’s systems (ERP, Microsoft 365) and take responsibility for the IT partner's infrastructure. Your profile: Proven professional experience in purchasing and/or procurement, ideally in a commercial type of base, complemented by a higher degree in supply chain; Structured and analytical mindset, especially comfortable with figures; Sense of priorities, ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions; Autonomy, proactivity, and solution-oriented; Perfect command of tools (ERP Business Central, Microsoft 365 - specifically Excel, Power BI); Fluent and professional in French and English (B2 to C1 level required), another language (German/Italian or Spanish) is a plus for the wine field.
