Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Specialist (m/w/d) to support visual inspection of sterile medicinal products for our client F. Hoffmann–La Roche in Kaiseraugst.
Responsibilities
* Conduct visual inspection of filled products using semi‑automatic inspection equipment.
* Operate inspection systems, including necessary interventions.
* Ensure quality of production steps through GMP‑compliant work.
* Document activities electronically or on paper in accordance with GMP.
* Clean inspection machinery and perform Line Clearance.
* Coordinate with interfaces such as warehouse, compliance, and quality assurance to maintain smooth process flow.
* Transport and dispose of goods.
* Report faulty states of equipment or materials (GMP, quality, safety).
* Assist with troubleshooting in cooperation with technical or compliance teams.
Qualifications
* Completed vocational training with at least two years of relevant professional experience.
* Minimum one year experience in visual inspection, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry.
* Knowledge of GMP.
* Technical and IT basic understanding.
* Good German verbal and written skills.
* Meticulous, systematic, and precise work style.
* Strong process and technical understanding.

* Location: 4303 Kaiseraugst (AG)
* Workload: 100%
* Employment start: 01.05.2026
* Employment duration: Temporary (planned until 30.11.2026)
* Work form: Shift work (2‑shift model, rotating weekly between 06:00‑14:00 and 14:00‑22:00)
* Start date: immediately or 15.05.
