For our estimated client, we are looking for an enthusiastic, multitask and well-organized Events Manager.Duties / ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate special events, supporting event formats, logistics, and on-site deliveryCoordinate timelines, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth event executionSupport consistency between event formats, exhibition activities, and overall participant experienceEnsure high-quality standards in event production, materials, and deliveryAct as a point of contact for assigned pharmaceutical companies and industry partners, supporting sponsorship-related activitiesAssist with budget monitoring and cost control for congress activitiesSupport the coordination of external suppliers and contracts, in line with internal procedures and compliance requirementsEnsure events are delivered in accordance with applicable regulations and industry standardsSupport event performance tracking, feedback collection, and post-congress evaluationsProvide operational support to the Congress Team before, during, and after eventsRequirements3-5 years of experience in event or congress management or a similar roleStrong organisational and project coordination skillsExcellent spoken and written English; additional languages are a plusGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesTeam-oriented and customer-focused approach
